On September 26, 2023 your company moved my stuff from Allentown to Hunlock Creek, Pa. I must say my experience with your company from starting with the office call for setting things up to the very end when everything was delivered and set up in my new home my experience was awesome! Multi-State Relocation
From the beginning they were curious! There final bill was exactly as quoted (no hidden fees after your load is on the truck). Our house arrived is pristine condition after over 1100 miles. Would use them & recommend them over & over!!
Awesome service
I had the best experience from the estimate visit to the movers. They were all friendly and polite. They movers were careful with my items. They moved quickly and safely. I was concerned about a large piece of glass I had specifically made for my table. The secured it and moved it and happy to say it made it in one piece. I highly recommend them!

From the initial consultation and estimation process with Josh, to the actual packing, loading, and unloading for our move with Mike and his crew (Jessie, Doug, Richie & Corey), our expectations were greatly exceeded. They were very friendly, professional and meticulous with our belongings - there was not a chip, scratch or dent, no breakage or missing items. And when our actual moving costs came in below the estimate, we were promptly refunded. We can't say enough about how superb the entire process was, and we highly recommend them!

Larry, Jason, and Omar left not too long ago. I wanted to make sure to call them out by name to not only tell you how amazing of a job they did, but also so that I can have it to reference and specifically request those guys if we ever need packing assistance like this again. Seriously, I cannot thank you enough for sending them out so quickly. I feel much better about sending this equipment out now.
Interstate Move
O'Brien's moved us from Pa to Ga. in August 2023. They were great. The single most important thing about the move was Robert coming to the house for the walk through on belongings to move. He was the only one to do this. Before the move Robert worked with us and answered all my many questions and even came back to the house a few times. Although we packed most of the smaller items we still had O'Brien's pack those things we couldn't handle. They did a great job. The crew in Pa packed and loaded the house in a day and a half. They had specialized crews come dismantle a pool table, piano and shuffleboard for the move. A few days later driver and mover Justin arrived and a new crew moved everything from the truck to the house where we indicated. We had issues with the shuffleboard table from a prior mover but O'Brien's worked with us to assemble when parts were fixed. Local guys came and assembled the 3 large items. Could not have asked for a smoother move.

An All-round Great Moving Experience
If you're looking for a great moving company, O'Brien's is the one to choose. Our account manager Aaron, was professional and responsive. He was a great resource in the entire moving process. Scheduler Kevin saved the day when a snafu due to a closing date change for our new home required a one-day delay in delivering our things. Somehow he managed to juggle other moves and staff to accommodate our needs despite a packed schedule. For that we are deeply grateful. The guys who did the move were a "team" like I've never experienced before -- they actually enjoy their jobs and have technique not brawn. Daniel, Steve, Jose and Angelo are the best! We were lucky to have them handle our move.
