He was able to schedule us for our preferred moving date. Owen conducted our move. He packed everything perfectly and conducted a thorough inventory so that nothing was forgotten or misplaced. He was punctual, precise, polite and very hard-working. Everything was delivered intact and on time, with Owen giving us regular updates throughout the move. Everyone at O’Brien's was polite and a pleasure to work with. We recommend them without hesitation!
Great experience
Two days before our move, my sister fell and was in urgent care for most of the day and could barely walk. Your company sent 3 packers the next day and packed everything the day before the move. The moving day went smoothly thanks to the expert work done by the Packers. We were very happy with the support and service by O'Briens team to make it all work so well. Highly recommend based on flexibility and the sales team was terrific as well.
Awesome moving experience!
I was and continue to be impressed with everyone I was in contact with regarding the move! The guys who handled the moving of many, many packed boxes and the furniture were good communicators and very careful in moving everything. Two pieces of furniture were too large to move from 2nd floor down the steps of the older home. The communication about this challenge was handled with thoughtfulness and wonderful planning. A plan was created and communicated, and the results were exceptional! I moved from Emmaus to Milton and the 3 guys who handled the 2nd day were thoughtful in placing the furniture in my home, and were just a great crew, making sure the carpet was covered, etc. I initially started talking with another company but am very thankful that I asked for an estimate from O’Brian’s. Professional staff in all aspects of the move by O’Brians. I highly recommend O’Brians; without any hesitation they can handle any issue that arises. Professional, thoughtful, caring and respectful of all personal property! Thank you, O’Brians!!

Sorry I'm late with the review. Great move. Everything went smooth. My estimate was higher because there were things we didn't take. Refund was done quick without any problems. The ladies at the office were great also.

O'Briens was referred by a recent customer. They were 110% pleased and so were we. Don't waste your time shopping around for better prices and service ---- it is here. Professional, courteous and priced correctly. We couldn't be more pleased. On time, on budget and without a hitch.
Great experience start to finish
Mike and his crew (Jesse, Doug, Steven, and one other guy whose name I’m blanking on) are all so friendly, jolly and pleasant as they spent hours playing Tetris with our boxes and furniture to make it all fit in the truck. They ran out of space in the first truck and made sure to be back to load the second truck early the next morning. We only moved about 20 miles away but it was a great experience. They were nice enough to confirm with us where things went in the new house, they put all furniture back together, cleaned up afterwards, and there were not damages to the old house or the new house AND no casualties of furniture or mirrors and such either! We were so pleased. We also had a piano they moved and it was moved very professionally. We don’t plan on moving again anytime soon but we highly recommend Mike and his team from OBriens.

Flexible, reliable professional & pleasant crew
I recently moved from a 2-story single family home into a 55+ 1-story home. My experience w/O’Brien’s was top notch from the estimate appt thru pack-up & delivery/move-in. The crew was accommodating, friendly & careful w/all of my belongings. When closing had to be moved out a day necessitating a day’s delay for delivery/move-in, O’Brien’s was able to store my belongings the additional day & re-schedule my delivery while keeping my same crew. All staff (sales, dispatch & especially my crew) were professional, efficient & friendly. I highly recommend O’Brien’s for a Move & would use them again for future services.

Our closing was less than ideal, but the team from O'Briens handled it well and got us moved into our new house in an unbelievable amount of time lol. They were great to work with
