This is about two weeks overdue, but I wanted to make sure I took the time to thank O'Brien's for our recent move. The entire team was incredible. Our estimate was only about $100 off, which is incredible and really helped with finances. The accounts payable staff member was easy to work with, and what can I say about the team! Scott and his crew (Matt, Joe, and sorry I forgot the third guy's name) were incredible. They arrived literally at the time they said. They had to work around 4 scared cats, and we had two floors of stuff to move with some things quite heavy on the second floor going out and then up the second floor moving in, and everything was professionally cared for. The only thing that broke in the entire move was a 16oz Ball jar that was not packed tight enough in its box. Our new house is a new construct, so the entire team made sure to care for our floors, stairs, and walls...talk about padding everything. This is the 4th time we moved, and we always did it ourselves with help from friends. We're older now, as are our friends, so we decided to hire movers. Although we were a little uncertain about using movers, this turned out to be the best decision for the move. Scott, thank you to you and your crew for taking care of our possessions!
