Outstanding Service
We just completed an entire office relocation which can be a very stressful and time consuming process. However, the team at O'Brien Moving performed flawlessly and made moving day an absolute breeze. The team of Jason, Bill, Larry, Mark, and Isidro were fantastic. They came in - assessed the situation - and quickly developed a plan to move everything in an efficient manner. And this was not an easy move as they had to travel several floors and only had access to one elevator. The move into the new office was performed with equal precision as the team was very careful around the new furniture and freshly painted walls. I also want to mention the behind the scenes support of Trish and the dispatch department who quickly addressed all my questions and concerns leading up to the move date. Overall a great experience.
Excellent Experience!
Right from our first contact with O'Brien Moving & Storage, we were impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the staff. Our move took place over two days and everything went seamlessly. In fact, we had some additional items that we forgot to include on the truck and a staff member made the extra step of picking them up separately and driving them to our new location. Their service was quick and thorough and all staff members were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them for a move of any size!
Twice Is Nice
This was the second time we used O’Brien‘s moving and storage based in Allentown. The first was for a whole house move, and the second was for a smaller move, bringing my daughter’s belongings to her first grown-up job and apartment in the Midwest. Our first experience with O’Briens was excellent so I knew when I needed to move my daughter I would be calling them again. They did not disappoint. Josh was great, coming over to give us our free estimate, explaining the process, and the cost. The moving crew couldn’t have been nicer. Very professional, quick and thorough. They kept in contact with me during their drive to Ohio, which I appreciated very much. My daughter’s belongings arrived in perfect condition exactly when they said they would. There is likely another move on the horizon for us, and I will definitely be calling O’Briens again. Thank you for the great service!

Good people. Good company
My move was wonderful. Three guys moved me and it was not an easy move. Lots of stairs and it was hot, lots of furniture had to be taken apart to fit into my new place. Everything made it in perfect condition and was reassembled. You guys were awesome!

Incredibly Helpful
At the last minute I had to switch from using just moving to moving and storage. O'Brien's rates were reasonable and their staff was incredibly easy to work with. When I received everything back from storage it was all painlessly put exactly where I need it and reassembled. Everyone was professional and quick. I'll likely find myself moving again in a year or so and I will absolutely be reaching out to them when I do and would happily recommend them to anyone else who needs moving or storage services!
Professional Service
This is our second time with O'Briens but our first move in 34 years. We were very pleased with how the moving day went. They were on-time very courteous and professional. They handled our belongings with care and finished within the estimate they provided. Our belongings will be in storage for a couple of months. My only recommendation is that they use a bigger truck for the second phase of our move. Overall, we are pleased with the service. Well done.

We moved locally across the Lehigh Valley and were incredibly impressed with the entire O'Brien's team. From the estimate through the moving day - they were ultimate professionals. I had an excellent experience with O’Brien’s. Mark, Omar, and Christian could not have been more professional and kind. They were extremely careful with my belongings and made sure they placed things where I wanted. They actually made my bed! The move was somewhat hurried so I hadn’t taken the sheets off and when they got to the new house, they replaced the mattress cover and sheets. I have moved 10+ times as an adult and no one has ever thought to do that. It reflected such kindness on the part of this team. Would recommend them to anyone!
