By far the best move I have ever had. It started with a very friendly phone call to schedule an assessment on what it would take to move me. Initially I thought this was going to be over the phone( which they did offer) but my sales rep Aaron said because of the size of my home an in person walk through would be better. I trusted him from the very start. He came out to my home and was very polite and gave me an estimate that very day. Once I booked them for the move they got me paperwork promptly and whenever I had questions the office staff seemed happy to help. Finally the move day came and it could not have gone any better! The lead guy Larry ( sorry I didn't get the other names) was amazing. He moved everything fast and was extremely careful. I had no damage done to any of my very heavy furniture and no damage done to my old home but more importantly my new home. Overall it really was a delight. I am hoping not to move for a long time but I know who I would call if I did. Oh and the price came in less than was initially estimated!!!

This move was the second time in 4 years we used O'Brien's, & we have been satisfied both times. They moved us to Maine the first time, the second time they moved our belongings to their storage facility, & then to our house in PA. Everyone was very professional from start to finish.

The load up and unload went went great with very minimal damage. You could see they were well experienced, polite and helpful. They had a breakdown with the truck, about 4 days late but that was fine with us. Just waiting to get a little money back. We would recommend O’Brien’s again

12/1/2021 - Five Stars for the entire company. Great virtual inventory and accuracy by Karen the Salesperson, great accurate pricing. Tom the Lead Driver and his crew were all outstanding. Polite, pleasant, and so helpful and extremely great people. Not one article was damaged it was a move from NJ to Indiana. Tom again had another great crew on the Indiana end, and again they were all pleasant, professional and helpful. Tom is an awesome person and professional. Karen was in touch with me all the time during the interstate move from NJ to Indiana. I highly recommend O'Briens Moving and Storage. The head office team/staff deserves a call out too, they were also in touch with me via emails, phone calls and text messages. Talk about an Honest, Credible company O'Briens is the place to call. My first move with them was Pennsylvania to NJ, and again that move was flawless too. As you know moving is stressful, but these folks, did outstanding and they deserve and earned all ***** Stars. The pricing was market rates, and was fair and within ranges of other companies. So my recommendation is please use O'Briens Team, you'll be glad that you did....Happy New Year 2022 everyone!! The four men who moved us were so polite, pleasant and helpful, it certainly lowered my stress level. Ours was a challenging move, in my view. Several pieces of furniture had to be moved through a second floor window, on to a roof and lowered. They said it was an easy move. They were fast but careful. I would recommend them anytime. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
