I used Obrien to move from apartment to new home. I was very pleased with the crew and request that. They do the 2nd move from storage a full 20by 10 unit. A different crew showed up. I was even more happier with the 2nd crew.!!! The price was reasable and Ginny kept us informed at all times. I also used them 5 years ago to move my daughter. I would definitely use them again.

Move was well scheduled with follow up, movers arrived and completed per schedule, and household goods were delivered with no damage. Based on these criteria alone, I would give a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, some items were found missing: mirror supports for bedroom bureau, large clothe bag of winter gloves and hats, a shelf from a desk cabinet, flashlight, baseball bat (one with sentimental value). The review is significantly affected by these lost items

I have used O'Brians moving and storage 3 times, all wonderful experience. They are the best at all aspects. Trish was wonderful with all my coordination and months of storage. Mike the driver and his team so fast and meticulous nothing broken or damaged. They do all the promise. I can't Express my appreciation for them enough!! Thank you!!!!

We are thrilled with the service we received from O’Brien’s Moving & Storage for a 55-mile move within PA. The process was simple from the first visit to estimate cost and weight, to the final delivery at our new address. Everyone we dealt with was kind, respectful and prompt. The movers were careful with our furniture and nothing was damaged, even after moving some heavy, large stuff up two narrow flights of stairs. We ended up being under the estimated weight and received a refund for the difference within a few days. They did a great job and we’ll keep them in mind for future moves!
