Our area and region has been blessed to be home to one of the best Jazz festivals in the country for many, many years. The Annual Berks Jazz Fest, sponsored by Boscov’s, will be celebrating its 32nd year beginning on March 24th and running through April 2nd. What a great way to kick off spring!

Events and Artist of the Jazz Fest

The 2023 Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest is spread out over 4 major venues, with 40 major concerts highlighting over 100 musicians, along with dozens of free live music events. These events feature local and regional musicians playing in area clubs and restaurants throughout the festival.

Over 30,000 music lovers throughout the world flock to Reading every year to hear Jazz, Blues, Funk, Soul, R&B, and Bluegrass, and enjoy a wide range of food.

Arts and Education through Music Events

The annual event is sponsored by Berks Arts, a Reading non-profit that brings Jazz from world-renown musicians into the Reading area.

Additionally, the Jazz Festival provides opportunities for students of all backgrounds to learn, perform and become inspired by professional musicians through the Get Jazzed education program.
