O’Brien's wanted to provide all of our customers and accounts, and any potential customers and update on our status in regards to COVID-19 move status. It is business as usual for now for all moves in progress, schedule moves, and any potential moves. The only exceptions currently are in the San Francisco, CA area and the New Rochelle, NY area, which are currently and shutdown mode. We are extremely vigilant with all our workers, and should any of them acquire the virus they will immediately go into self-quarantine. On your end, we asked the same vigilance. Should any of you contract the virus or come into contact with anyone that has a virus, please contact our office immediately so that we can work with you to postpone your move until later, safe date for all concerned.

As far as providing estimates to our customers, as long as our sales staff and the customer are free and clear we will continue to do physical estimates at your home. We are also providing the option of doing a virtual estimate, wherein you can scan each room, including driveways and entrances, while you are on the phone with our sales person with whatever electronic devices necessary, and then the sales person will provide an estimate.

Finally, we are also looking into software in order to provide a visual quoter (a virtual tour of your home from our office). However, we are still working to implement this process.
