O’Brien’s Moving & Storage knows that “home” is about far more than moving boxes and packing tape. We strive to not only provide unbeatable service and customer care during all the moving and storage projects we take on, but we also provide our time, and our services to help local organizations in need. This year, we were proud to be part of a flu vaccine campaign in the Lehigh Valley area.

For nearly 20 years, the Lehigh Valley Health Network has been hosting an annual community event to promote vaccinations against seasonal influenza and strengthen the community in more ways than one.

The campaign is comprised of a two-day, community drive-through clinic. All adults and children older than six months participants receive free flu vaccinations, with higher-dose vaccines available for those aged 65 and older.

Flue Vaccine Campaign

In exchange, the drive collects donations of nonperishable food items. All contributions are then donated to help fill the Lehigh Valley Food Bank. This year, O’Brien’s Moving & Storage worked with the Lehigh Valley Health Network and donated 500 moving boxes to help store and distribute all the donated food items. We are always excited to get involved with community events and we look forward to helping out at next year’s flu vaccine campaign!
