O’Brien’s Moving & Storage is happy to announce that our dedicated team has received two more awards this year! Since our humble beginnings in 1928, our team has been committed to providing only the very best services and customer care during every project we take on. At Allied Van Lines’ annual convention in October, 2015, we were proud to be recognized for our top-notch services when we received two prestigious awards: The “Customer for Life” award and the “Rising Star” award. 

The “Customer for Life” award is solely determined by our customers through an independent customer survey process. This award is based on all levels of service, which means we finished in the top 5 (in the large division) from the survey results of our customers.

The “Rising Star” award was started several years ago and aims to recognize companies that significantly improved their customer service score from one year to the next. O’Brien’s Moving and Storage is in the largest division, which means a minimum of 250 customers were surveyed during the most recent 12 month period. The overall customer service score of these most recent surveys were compared to surveys from 2014.

O’Brien’s already had a great rating of 4.5 on a scale of 1 to 5, and improved to an incredible rating of 4.64. We are extremely proud to say that our team consistently provides exceptional service to all of our customers, and our awards are further proof of that!
