When it comes to moving, quality matters.Allied Van Lines has been at the forefront of providing the highest quality of moving services. In 1996, Allied instituted a Quality Service Audit (QSA) program to ensure that their customers were receiving only the highest quality of service.

The audit is conducted by an independent, third-party provider to guarantee accurate results. Roughly 33% of our customers are contacted to participate in this survey.  

Since the start of the QSA program, O’Brien’s Moving & Storage has been ranked near the top of the service ratings. For the past two years, we have received an “Excellent Customer Focus Performance Rating," which is the highest rating possible.
